Cariad has an increasing number of provincial and municipal maintenance stations, and dozens of factory professional engineers who have been strictly trained. They carry out regular inspection, repair and maintenance of customer's equipment in each region. At the same time, our staff pay regular follow-up visits to customers, listen carefully to the needs of customers, so that we can constantly improve the quality of service.

Specific commitments are as follows:
Warranty period

Full-automatic blood collection tube labeling system is free of charge for one year from the date of installation, and acceptance check, and provides lifelong maintenance service. Beyond the warranty period, only the cost of parts and components will be charged for maintenance, Labor, transportation and travel expenses shall be borne by the manufacturer free of charge.

Double machine backup system

Key customers enjoy double machine hot backup system to ensure 24-hour uninterrupted service; The model hospitals carry out free maintenance for life.

Service time commitment

Our staff arrive at the site within 24 hours after receiving the repair call. For every one hour delay, we will increase the warranty for one month free of charge; If it is more than 30 minutes and less than one hour, it will be implemented as one hour.

Personnel training

We train 2 operators for free when installing the device.

Value-added service

After-sales staff visit to users twice during the warranty period randomly, and overhaul and maintenance of products if it is necessary.

Cariad trains equipment maintenance engineers and experimental operation technical engineers to customers for free, and implements the commission strategy for engineers included in Cariad’s service system.
